Biography

Donna is the Processing Manager for Diederich Healthcare Client Services. She joined the Diederich organization in 2006. Her primary focus is working closely with the carriers to track changes. This helps Diederich Healthcare to provide the most accurate and up-to-date rates and information available to the staff and to Diederich’s clients. Donna also works closely with the Account Managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all policy documents. She has participated in training on topics such as professional communication and information processing. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and spends time with her family and friends.

Donna has been involved with the Marine Corps League Auxiliary and Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign since 2002 and spends much of her volunteer time organizing, promoting, and collecting toys for underprivileged children in her local area. Additionally, she participates in charitable events for other organization, including: Girl Scouts, American Heart Association, Arthritis Foundation, March of Dimes and Muscular Dystrophy Association.
